Amanda joined the team after graduating from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Physiotherapy in 2019. She has worked closely with leading orthopaedic surgeons across Melbourne, gaining valuable experience in post-operative rehabilitation and sports injury management. Her special interest lies in Women’s Health Physiotherapy, where she has supported many clients through pregnancy and postnatal recovery.

During her studies, Amanda worked as a sports trainer for a local football team and obtained her Clinical Pilates qualification. She has also volunteered at various sporting events across the state and conducted research on Pre-Pointe assessment for young ballet dancers. With over 10 years of dance experience and personal injuries from rock climbing, she understands firsthand how pain and injuries can impact the activities we love.

Amanda has worked with people from all walks of life, ages, and skill levels. She has also completed further training in dry needling, kinesiology taping, and TMJ treatment. She firmly believes in a holistic approach to healthcare, combining exercise rehabilitation, education, empowerment, and manual therapy to achieve the best health outcomes.
