Dr Qirrat Waqqas Sharif is a specialist General Practitioner who completed her primary medical degree in Pakistan before relocating to Australia. She went on to complete her specialist training with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, with the majority of her training undertaken in rural Queensland.

Dr Sharif has a special interest in comprehensive, family-centred care and enjoys supporting patients across all stages of life. Her clinical interests include women’s health, paediatrics, and skin cancer medicine. She holds a Diploma in Paediatrics and is experienced in providing a range of clinical procedures, including Mirena and Implanon insertions and removals, skin checks and excisions, and iron infusions.

Outside of work, Dr Sharif enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and kayaking.
